Does Missed Period With Cloudy And Strong Smelling Urine Indicates Pregnancy?

I'm 8 days late roughly, I've done 4 pregnancy tests over the week - all negative. My urine is quite cloudy and strong smelling. I also feel as if I will start my period atm. Are these signs of pregnancy - should I wait or get it checked out soon? Thanks

Hi,
If you have never missed a period and are sexually active, you should suspect pregnancy. Yet, cloudy and smelly urine does not suggest pregnancy; it could be due to an infection as well. A home pregnancy test can read well with a fresh early morning sample and you can repeat once this way or go for the blood test if you wish an earlier and definite confirmation. Please do get urinalysis done as urinary tract infections also can lead to irregular periods. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
