Does missed period for 3 months and getting period after 3 months along with cramps indicate miscarriage ?
Ok...so I haven t had my period in 3 months not even spotting. then 2 days ago i began to bleed, heavily (i had sex a while before it happened) and i am having cramping. Could this be a miscarriage?

Please get a pregnancy test as soon as possible.If its positive then you may be having a miscarriage but to need a ultrasound to prove that.Please see a doctor immediately.If its negative just relax.This is like a normal period.
