Does Mild Tricuspid Valve Regurgitation Cause Chest Discomfort?

I have been having a mild to moderate discomfort in mid chest above nipple line that comes on mostly during sleeping hours but occasionally at other times of day and last for only 15-20 seconds. It is hard to discribe but feels like a brain freeze only its in my chest. I had an echocardiogram yesterday that showed mild tricuspid valve regurgitation. Is this what is causing that sensation.
