Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic. Melalite and cosmelite creams contain steroid and other agents which can irritate the skin, cause pigmentation and thinning of skin when used for a prolonged period. I suggest you to stop those creams. Use a broad spectrum sunscreen in the morning every 4 hours. Use a cream containing 2% kojic acid to lighten the spits at bedtime. You could do glycolic peels under the supervision of a qualified dermatologist. Hope this helps you. Take care.
