Does Meftal Intake Cause Side Effects?

Hi.. I have taken meftal spas an hr before to get rid of pain. Because of irritation i vomited all just after 5 to 10 mis after i have taken tablet. would that tablet effective now ? i feel worse pain now. can u tell me if i can take meftal again now ?

Thanks for writing to HCM

If you had vomited the tablet that would be not absorbed and the action is ineffective
you can take another tablet if you are in severe pain
but if your vomitings are persistent then i would suggest an injectable painkiller than an oral pain killer
but before taking any medication i would suggest to know the cause for your pain and they treat it accordingly rather than symptomatic management
