does medicinal marijuana help gastrinoma? because ive been on a dozen different meds that my dr has given me and none of them help. my stomach cramps up so bad i drop to the floor and the only thing i have found that helps relax my stomach and give me an appatite is having a couple bites off a marijuana cookie

I am so sorry to hear about this diagnosis of gastrinoma. To be honest, there have been no controlled studies which show that marijuana is helpful with gastrinoma. However, if you report having relief from this, why not go on with it rather than bearing all this pain. If i were your treating doctor, I will give it a try and see what the results turn out to be as no other drug seems to be helping.
