Hello dear
I understand your concern
Multiple abortion can affect the future pregnancy.
It cause menstrual irregularity, hormonal imbalance, damage to uterine wall/epithelium and habitual abortion.
But you already have family planning in which pregnancy is possible only after recanalization surgery.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and maintain proper pelvic hygiene
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
