Does masturbation keep you awake?

hi there. I am a 25 year old female and sometimes i masturbate before i go to bed and it seems to take me ages to go to sleep. i am usually a tired person and wonder if i were to masturbate in the morning would it be good to get me going in the day as i am so super tired all the time? i hope this makes sense :) thanks

I am getting confused, how do you get 'depression' from me saying im tired all the time and masturbation keeps me awake? I am not as health literate so I cannot make the connection. I yawn all day long and I can sleep for hours on end and feel fatigue everytime i wake up and during the day.
