Does Masturbation Effect Body Building?

Hi Doctors, i wish to know if masturbation affects my body building.am 25yrs i workout with weights. does masturbation reduce my muscle gains,or weight gain.Am i paranoid i think my arm feels smaller after masturbating and my shoulders feel thinner. Part two of the question what can i use to shave my pubic hair without getting a burn or itch when the hairs come up.part 3 i have small bumps at the base of my penis. i don't know where they came from.
