Does Lumps In Testicles & Swollen Lymph Nodes Suggest HIV?

i had a unprotected oral sex encounter 6 days ago. i am a male and i was getting a blowjob. i have lower back pain and possibly swollen lymph nodes. i also found a lump on my right testicle and it is a little painful. what could this possibly mean? any risk of HIV?. im losing my mind here please help me

thank you for query.it is not clear about exact site of swelling internal or external,past sexual intercourse history,age etc.it may be due to infections like bacterial viral or any of STDs.please consult doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.It is better to have protected intercourse like using condoms if either of them have multiple partners.HIV immediately may not cause such symptoms but is necessary to rule out.
