Does Low Blood Pressure Occur During Stage 4 Lung Cancer?

my mom has stage 4 lung cancer and for the last week hasent been feeling good more tired and ache and then 2 days ago her voice got real horse today she feels she is getting a cold and is coughing up a lot of flem and her blood pressure seems to be getting lower 87/58 do you think this is a cold or is the cancer getting worce she is on hospice
