Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

I understand that you are worried that you may be having anorexia nervosa. You have mentioned that have lost a drastic amout of weight in the last few months. You also seem to have a distorted body image that you are fat and also a fear of becoming fat. You have mentioned that your others keep telling you that you undereat. All these symptoms are indicative of an eating disorder, probably anorexia nervosa.

Some of the typical symptoms of an eating disorder are:
- Refusal to maintain a body weight that is at or above the minimum normal weight for your age and height
- Intense fear of gaining weight or becoming fat
- Having a distorted image of your appearance or shape
- Eating too much food in one go / Bingeing
- Engaging in weight losing behaviours like induced vomiting, purging, taking water pills, etc.

In your case, you seem to have few some of these features, and so, you definitely need a detailed evaluation to confirm a diagnosis of an eating disorder.

Wish you all the best.
