Does Long Term Use Of Panderm Plus Cream On Face Have Any Side Effects?

hi, I have few dark spots on my face and as recommended by a friend i applied pendrum plus only on the infected area.My query is that though the spots have become light still skin is becoming rough and will i suffer from side-affects if i use it frequently(like darkening of skin)?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Panderm Plus cream is used commonly for skin irritation and is not indicated for long term use as it contains Steroid which can cause thinning of skin as well as Inflammation and once the use is withdrawn there can be darkening of skin..

If you have dark patches on face that seems like hyperpigmentation you can use creams containing Kojic Acid as they are safe for long term use and help in skin lightening..
Vitamin E oil can be used..
Apply aloevera gel over face for lubrication and avoid any harsh chemicals..
Apply SPF 50 containing moisturizer on face when going into sun..
Drink plenty of water..
