Does Lines On Nails Mean Anything Serious ?
Hello Doctor My Age Is 20. I Have Seen Horizontal Ridge On My Two Toenail & One Vertical Line On Fingernail Running. Just Tell Me That Are Those Horizontal Line On Toenail Is Koilonychia, Beaus nail, meau s line (terry nails), I Am Confused & Also The Line Running Vertical On Finger Nail Is Splinter Hemorrhage Or Sign Of Melanoma . When I Consulted Doctor About That Vertical Line, He Said its normal. Read your prob, the condition of nail which you mention is normal. if any abnormalities present in nail that are change of colour, thichness ,smoothness of nail.so do not worry only presence of line is not indicate any diease.
