Hello Mr.Mohd Shafi;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Esomeprazole and Itopride are medicines for problems of gastric acidity and GERD and can be taken till advised by your doctor.The method for taking the medicine is usually taken before meals so if you are taking before breakfast it is fine.All medicines have some side effects if taken unnecessarily so take it as long as your doctor has advised.
Thanks
