Does it mean I'm pregnant if I have nausea, cramping, heart burn and spotting ?

I think I'm pregnant ... Can I get a second opinion? I am 6 days late (suppose to start on the 22nd), I spotted on the 24th and the 25th. Home Pregnancy Test came out negative. Cramping, heartburn , nausea and cramping. I ve also been very moody and cranky with my fiance...

Hi welcome to HealthcareMagic

The heartburn, cramping abdominal pain, nausea vomiting are not the signs of
pregnancy.,, first sign is amenorrhea.., since the UPT done is negative and also you had spotting on 24th,25th shows that you are not pregnant...
Hope I have answered your question..
