Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion the food does not have any relation with complexion of baby. The complexion depends on the parents. So spicy or any food does not affect in any way.Eating fruits is very much important as they are rich in vitamins, minerals and natural antioxidants which will make you and there by your baby strong. So take good nutritional diet like fruits, veggies, milk, eggs, meat, fish, nuts etc.Take adequate fluids upto 3 litres per day.Avoid stress.Infact good fruit intake will make your skin shiner and smoother.
