Does Intake Of Zinnat Help In Treating Vaginal Infection?

My 5 year daughter has an enterococcus faecalis vaginal infection, the dr prescribed 6ml of ampicilin for 10 days but 2day-after she finished the treatment she discharched again the same day I took her to get a smear and this time the bacteria isolated was e.coli. I m worry because she has 2 bacterias and they didnt appear at the same time know the e.coli is resistence to ampicilin don t Know whay? and also I m worry if the enterococcus was eradicated, it my dr now send her zinnat for 14 days but I ve read that cephuroxim is bad if you have an enterococcus infection. Pleas help me.

Cefuroxime is a very preferred antibiotic in treating the vaginal and urinary tract infections.

So,I recommend to use it as prescribed by your doctor.
