Does Intake Of Primolut N Tablets Induce Periods?

Hi i had a protected sex with my bf but my periods are delayed as expected date was 30th dec 2015.i consult with doctor also and they did urine test which is negative..doctor has given me primoult-n tables for periods.please suggest me how can i avoid pregnancy i am very tensed.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Taking tablets like Primolut N would help to get your periods if it has caused due to hormonal imbalance. Kindly take the tablets as the doctor has suggested.
But you need to confirm again that you have not conceived before you start the medication, as it would cause complications.
At this stage, it is not possible to prevent pregnancy if at all it has occurred and all you can do is to avoid it by means of inducing abortion by intake of pills under medical supervision.
