I have only taken two doses of Nasonex. Today I developed and itchy spot on my abdomen and looked at it when I got home. It was becoming painful, rather then itchy, but was only a faint rash . However, the pain was much greater then would be expected with such a light rash. and the rash did appear in a horizontal line on one side of the abdomen. I know medication for shingles works best if you start it promptly. I am a 59 year old female. Could this be shingles?
