Does Intake Of Cyclobenzaprine For Neck Pain Damage The Kidney?

I have pain in my neck and solders for which I have was given Cyclobenzaprine 5 mg. Lately, the doctor is concerned about my kidney which he thinks is due to my blood pressure. He recently changed my high blood pressure med. Will taking one of the Cycvlobenzaprine this evening hurt my kidney? I have not taken any of these in several, but today my neck is hurting terrible. thank you
