Does Intake Of Bactrim Cause Heartburn?
Can Bactrim cause heartburn? I took some right before I went to bed and not long after I got heartburn. It s been about 2 hours now and it s only gotten worse. This is the worst heartburn I have ever had, my head now also hurts and so do my ears along with ringing in them. Should I call my doctor and ask to be put on a different medication?

I really appreciate your concern, any pharmaceutical molecules causes heartburn if it is pre-existing condition and certain drugs are there which is known for hyperacidity and sulfa group of drug is one of it, try "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
