Does Injections For TB Suppress The Immune System?

I work in a hospital and am required to have a TB skin test annually. I also have plaque psoriasis and am considering getting started on a biologic like Enbril or Humira. Will the injection of the TB cause issues with the suppressed immune system or can this test occur safely when taking one of those types of meds?

skin test for TB is mantoux. it is not a cofirmative test. only overnight sputum test if positive for AFB is cofirmative. enbril and humor a are new drugs to treat rheumatoid arthritis which is a autoimmune disorder. might be suppressing the immunity system.
