Hi, recently when smoking a tobacco pipe I saw a piece of small plastic, maybe weighing 3-10 grams at max and a very tiny speck of it was in my pipe, it didn t seem to be burnt, but I didn t realize it until after I was done smoking, I repeatedly light it and inhaled over a period of 1-2 mins in brief intervals, and mostly only hitting the pipe 4-5 times, and to make matters worse I held the smoke in, not realizing a small peice of plastic was in there, I feel symptoms of brain fog, however it could be lack of sleep or a placebo, I am worried I might have long term brain damage effects or slight cognitive impairment? What do you think?
