Hello and welcome to health care magic. Sudden increase in body weight and Breast size is not a sign of pregnancy. The weight gain in pregnancy is gradual and in accordance with with increased calorie intake and the weight of the baby. The most probable cause of your weight gain will be the side effect of the hormonal pills you are taking. My advice is to go and visit your OBGYN and let her have a look at your symptoms. She may change the pills if they are the culprit. She will also do an ultrasound abdomen to rule out PCOD (Polycystic ovarian disease) and the thyroid hormone levels. Thank you.
