Diarrhea after Hysterectomy is possible only if there is PID that is pelvic inflammatory disease and hence such a coincidence is not known to occur. Gall bladder surgery can cause such a problem but your problem continues far before Cholecystectomy. Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation. Get the stool tests for three consecutive days. Ultrasonography of the abdomen followed by a Contrast enhanced CT scan if required. Tests of blood for CBC, thyroid, liver and kidney functions. Clinical evaluation by a Doctor for getting a proper diagnosis, correlation with the lab and other investigations to get a plan for proper management.
