Hi. I am 22 years old and have hypothyroidism. Earlier, i was detected with PCOD too but my latest ultrasounds reflect i am clear on all the cysts in my ovaries. But the problem is that i still do not get my periods regular, not even once. I take only thyroid medicine as suggested by my doctor but my periods are creating tension for me. Also, i get my PMS right in time but just the periods don t come in time, instead i get a white thick non smelly discharge. What can be the possible reasons? Will i have trouble getting pregnant too? Please help. Thank u.

You are mentioning thick white discharge .. So here I want to rule out candidiasis if itching associated ... For that per speculum and pelvic examination done.... If present than clotimazole vaginal tablet prescribed ...
If needed hormonal pill therapy can be given to regularize period ...
Around ovulation time if intercourse done chance of pregnancy high ...
Take care ....
Advise : gynecologist consultation...
