It is not related to hypothyroidism. If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.

What can cause your thyroid to be sore? I do have several nodules in my thyroid that were biopsied and said to be normal (non-cancerous), but I have been battling a cold/allergies for the past few weeks, as well as getting nose bleeds more often that usual and minor headaches. Can these symptoms all be related?
