General & Family Physician 's  Response
welcome to Health care magic.
1.No the report does not mean Hallucination delusion syndrome.
2.Infarct means occlusion / block to the blood vessel (PCA - posterior communicating artery in the brain).
3.Age related changes are also seen - which is normal to age.
4.Right sided weakness and pain are seen due to stroke - but hallucination D might be age related evaluation in this case, but accelerated with the stroke.
5.Treatment is to control the BP, and thrombolysis treatment is given. Underlying medical conditions should be treated.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
