Does Heaving A Lot Causes Problem To My Bladder?

Hi, so I know this is going to sound weird and maybe even gross. I'm really embarrassed about it but if this is the cause of my problems I want to know so I can stop.
So you know how after you urinate you wait a few seconds to make sure all the urine is out? Guys shake a few times, girls sit there an extra ten seconds. So I would stand up, tickle my front belly, my back, shake the toilet paper a few times and then sort of heave. Like push my stomach to get the rest out. And it worked and I would be fine. If I didn't do this I would pee my pants a little or something. I also have a nervous bladder. And sometimes after I go I have to use the bathroom and hour later without drinking water. Is this normal? Is my little routine hurting me in the long run? Is this giving me a weak bladder??

Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
*It is the psychological attitude you have adopted for emptying the bladder.
*Once the internal urethral valve is opened for passing urine, unless you
voluntarily contract it , it will not close & there will be no residual urine
inside the bladder.
*Without drinking water, passing urine after hour is normal because kidneys
are making urine 24 hours irrespective of your oral intake.
Hope this clears your doubt.
Thanks for using Health care magic & giving me opportunity to assist you.
