Does Headaches, Fatigue, Muscle Aches And Blurred Vision Indicate Autoimmune Disease?

I have recently got results of a positive ANA test , protein in my urine and squamous EPI result of 18. Over the past year my platelet count has dropped from 177 to 144 too. I have headaches, fatigue, muscle aches and blurred vision and overall just feel awful. I have an appointment with a Rheumatologist in the next couple of weeks. Concerned it could be an autoimmune disease?

Hello,
Thank you for your contact to healthcare magic.
I understand your health concern, if I am your doctor I suggest you that all of your symptoms and ANA positive is giving direction towards the autoimmune disease. Yes it is good choice to visit rheumatologist. Also you can visit to immunologist nearby to you they can diagnose the condition and so final management can be possible thereafter

I will be happy to answer all your future concern.
Thank you,
Dr Arun Tank
