Does Having Thyroid Problem During Pregnancy Harm The Baby?

Hello Sir,
I am 27 years women having thyroid problem test done in 2011-19-10 and I still have ft3=3.71,ft4=1.29 and ultrasensitive htsh= 6.80. and having medicine thyronorm 50 mcg. My problem is that now I am Pregnant and its 6th months . So please sir help me as I can give a birth of a child, will be the baby be normal when born. Does this kind of problem will effect the child. Please please let me know. Thank u sir ......... waiting for your reply...

Thanks for writing.
The tests mentioned say your thyroid levels are reasonably in normal limit. Continue taking the thyroid hormone 50 mcg daily before food.
You may need repeat test just before delivery.
Your baby will not be effected if the thyroid level are normal.
