here i am dilip.my son is 10 years old.he has only one testicle under penis.now i am worru to know about this.i woul like to know that what is the main functions of these two or one testicle.i mean to say that what deferences will be in future.please advice me because we are too much worry about this.
1.The possible cause in the case could be Undescended testicles. 2.There are no difficulties with absence of the testis in regards of the functions and fertility issues. 3.The only problem lies with the Undescended testicles which need to search. 4.Ultrasound abdomen pelvis will help to search - could be any where from the inguinal canal to the pelvis. 5.Undescended testicles can cause complication unto malignancies are possible - so first get a scan done - if not found not an issue, if there is - then operative treatment is required.
