Does Hashimotos Cause Profuse Sweating And Anxiety?

I was diagnosed with Hashimotos this summer. 3 years ago I was told I had hypo thyroid by my GPS. I finally went to an endorsement where she confirmed Hashimoto. My synthroid dosages been changed 17 times in 3 years. I am a f female age 54.3. The one symptom that I have not been able to get under control is the daytime sweetening. Soaking my hair, clothes and causes anxiety. I work for pediatric dentists and I am so worried about smelling and looking sweaty. My sweat smell is not musky like before Hashi but more acidic. How can I control the sweat? I can deal with the aches and pains but sweating upsets me so much. Help please...Jill

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Your excessive sweating may be due to hyperthyroidism. You have hypothyroidism and you are taking synthroid. Many times if dosages are higher then required then it causes drug induced hyperthyroidism.

So go for T3, T4 and TSH level and set the dosage accordingly.
