Does Gastric Problem Cause Chest Pain?

dear sir,

one day earlly morning i have pain in chest and after i had warer.i am getting releif.next day went hosptial i did check up ecg and echo test.they told every timg normal because of gastric problem.is this reason for this one.plz help me

3. Take pantoprazole (antacid) tablet on empty stomach .
4. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
5. Quit smoking and alcohol if you have these habits.
