Does Gallstones Elevate SGPT And Bilirubin Level?

Hello Doctor, My wife got gallstone and then she did some other test suggested by doctor. From these test - we can see her SGPT is 90 and belirubin 2.5. Is this SGPT and bilirubin got high due to Gallastones? What will be next step for this treatment?

Dear friend,it is feels great to answer your question.Yes,the SGPT and the bilirubin is high because of gallstones which is obstructing the bile's way to intestine.and for definite treatment you should go to a surgeon for a laparoscopic gallbladder operation.because medicine cannot treat your wife in this circumstance.my best wishes for your wife .
