Does Fissure Or Hemorrhoid Cause Blood After Big Stools And Dripping Blood While Passing Gas?
blood drops after passing a big fist size hard stool. Now blood drips when passing gas. Wetting underwears often since big hard stool last passed. She holds because she is afraid it will hurt. Constipated too. Is it a fissure or hemorrhoid that causes blood?

Blood dripping after stool has been passed is most likely due to hemorrhoids.
Blood from anal fissure is usually mixed with the stool . More over it is associated with pain while defecating.

From history it seems that you might behaving internal hemorrhoids giving rise passing blood after hard stool.
If blood appears before passing stool and associated with sever pain indicates more likely of having Fissure in ano.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Avoid constipation.
Take plenty of water and more fiber containing food.
Ok and take care.
