Does Fenugreek Reduce The Inflammation Of Epididymitis?
I am 55y/o. I have been diagnosed with chronic epididymitis which I am using aleeve and pain pills. I have had several ultrasounds and been inform that I have inflammation of the epididymitis. I have search an read that fenugreek has inflammation benefits. Otherwise my doctor will not prescribe anymore antibodies. (lexoflax). Will fenugreek reduce and or eliminate the inflammation.
Fenugreek may reduce or prevent inflammation all over the body but may not be effective in completely reducing chronic inflammation of epididymis. It can taken as a dietary supplement along with anti-inflammatory drugs. Long duration of treatment with drugs or rarely surgery may be required for epididymitis.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
