Does Fenugreek Help Reduce Bp?
My dad has a high blood pressure problem. He's taking all sorts of medicine but ocassionally he has those days where they are severely high! I've since learned that fenugreek is helpful in the reduction of high blood pressure, yet I also found that people with hypretension should stay away from fenugreek. Can you clarify this. Will consuming fenugreek lower his blood pressure? If so is it safe?

fenugreek is safe to take at recommended level.no harmful active principle in it.
fenugreek didn't have any direct effect on blood pressure or lowering high blood pressure.
