Does exercising during pregnancy harm the fetus?

Hi there, I ve been doing a core exercise where I suck in my stomach while holding my breath for just s could seconds. It s like the stomach vacuum I am now 8 weeks pregnant and have done the exercise a couple handfuls of times since knowing I was pregnant. Do you think that I ve harmed the baby?

I can understand your concern.
No need to worry for fetal damage.
In fact exercises are recommended in pregnancy.
Certain body building and weight lifting exercises are contraindicated in pregnancy otherwise routine exercises are good for pregnancy.
