General & Family Physician Dr. Shainaz Arif Kaware's  Response
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Early or late periods can be due to hormonal imbalance in your body and they do not have any relation to exercise in gym.The doctor advised you exercise to reduce weight as the excess weight may create problems and you may not get pregnant. The next thing is about the egg releasing early which is dependent on hormones in your body and is not affected with exercise.Just reduce your weight by regular exercise and diet and later you may get pregnant.
