am 26yrs and have masturbated for 8 yrs now.It behi doctor am 26yrs and have masturbated for 8 yrs now.It becoming a serious problem to me.I masturbate so often, and cant stop it just so easily.i feel realy guilty in doing this.Am a potential guy who love to read and promote my career demands.But this act has slower my attentive and useful time.Amongs all i have a fear for becoming infertile or unable to make children as a caused of Frequent Masturbation.Dear Sir,i think its every man dream to have a loving family,and what is my posible of making this family,when i masturbate,can i still get my wife pregnant?after wasting so much?Oh i realy reggret this act pls help me out of mastubation.

Masturbation is a normal process and almost all men and even girls also do that.
The process which occurs in vagina during normal intercourse is done in hand in masturbation.
There are no any complications like infertility, decreased semen, unable to make children.
These all are completely wrong beliefs.
Masturbation is a healthy practice.
But don't involve whole day thinking about it.
Do your study and job properly.
Consult any counselor for concentration problem.
Don't worry you will have a wife and healthy married life.
