Does Dizziness And Nausea After Unprotected Sex Indicate HIV?

Hello. I had unprotected sex 9 days ago. We mutually gave oral sex, had vaginal sex and French kissed. About 3 days later i noticed a sore throat, the next day i started taking antibiotics. I then noticed my gland on right front of neck swollen, and the next day the back left of my neck painfull.This is the fifth day of taking the meds with not much improvement , and noticed this morning white spot on inside of throat, right side. Slight diziness, nausea. The man i slept with has had sex with a woman in the past who has used intravenous drugs. I'm very worried i may have contracted hiv

Unprotected sex is too risky and in your case ORAL SEX , french kiss don't spread any HIV because saliva ( in mouth ) have endogenous anti viral factors , so you didn't got any HIV with these routes.
Now main question is vaginal sex , while the man had already sex with another woman .
So all these symptoms as sore throat , nausea, enlargement of lymph nodes ,white coating in the mouth , all are an indication of HIV infection.
Window period for HIV infection is 2-3 weeks so get in blood for rapid pcr ,rna nucleic acid amplification test for confirmation.
However , dizziness , nausea may be due to antibiotics ( you are taking for enlarged lymph nodes ).
So get in test for HIV .
