General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Blood group does not have direct effects on fertility. So, I suggest to do the following examinations for further evaluation. I suggest your wife a pelvic ultrasound, FSH level and a complete blood count. I suggest you to do a semen analysis to check your fertility. I also recommend to consult a gynecologist and an andrologist for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
