I have bouts of diahorrea and vomiting and constipation. i was diagnosed with IBS abouyt 20 years ago when it was severe. i changed my diet. over time most of the foods i excluded has been reintroduced as I thought I could tolerate them better ( i was on an anti candida diet 5 years) I have cut out red e meat and dairy....but I have been eating wheat and gluten. Of late I have severe spasms and go for days experiencing diarohrrea and other symptoms. I have lupus and having chest pains. Do you think I have coeliac disease

ido not think it iscoeliac disese. it is a autoimune disorder can effect from child hood but generaly manifest in adult. it is mainly react to gluten. gluten is aprotien present in certain cereals like wheat or ragi etc. you have given history of taking gluten. so avoidance of red meat or diary product is not linked. it effect intestine but other symptoms are present and may be associated with many other disease. sob coliac disease cannot be confirmed.
