Does Delayed Period, Lower Back Pain And Breasts Tenderness Indicate Pregnancy?
I am 45 yrs old and 45 days late with period. Very accurate on a 28 day cycle. Was sexually active weeks prior to and up to my period due date but it never came. I experienced extremely tender breasts the week of my period due date. Having lower back pains, stomach cramps. I do not use birth control. Could I be pregnant?

You should do a Urine Pregnancy Test if you are doubtful of being pregnant. There is a possibility that you could be pregnant. If the pains and cramps are worse, please do see a doctor. You might need an Ultrasound scan. Another possibility of delayed periods could be a sign of menopause approaching but it is hard to say for sure. Thank you and take care.
