Does Delay In Periods Mean Pregnancy?

Hi I m trying to get pregnant and have been off the pill for about two months. As of today I am two weeks late and am experiencing gas, bloating, headaches, and fatigue. I have been spotting though. I have bled VERY lightly for about an hour a couple times and then it will just stop. I have taken a pregnancy test as well and it was negative. So am I pregnant or not?

Dear member,
Thanks for writing.
If urine test is negative for pregnancy then you are not pregnant. To be sure please repeat by doing a blood test for pregnancy called serum beta hcg.
If negative then you're definitely not pregnant. You can take norethisterone to induce a period.
Try using ovulation detection kits to check for ovulation and timed intercourse to improve chances of pregnancy.
Please write back if you have any queries
Thanks
