Does Creaky & Painful Bones Are Normal Post Foot Massage?

age 39, height 6 feet, weight 58 Kgs. lots of pain in the upper body on account of sitting over computer for long hours. had ayurvedic foot massage done with oil for 7 days, along with colon cleansing. now bones feel creaky and painful. is it do to with teh massage ?

Hello,

The massage may be the reason underlying your pain. Anyway, a wrong posture can also be the cause of your complaints. For this reason, I recommend trying to correct your posture an performing regular physical exercise to help reinforce your back muscles. In the meantime, I recommend taking Acetaminophen for the pain and some magnesium supplements.
