Does Continues Taking Of Medicine In Diabetes Have Side Effects?
I am a dibatic patient for last 8 years. But the level is fasting-120 to 130 : post prandial- 160 to 200.maintaining the same. I will doth test every 2 months regularly. I am 61 years old man. I am taking the tablet of Glugonorm-G1 half-0-1 regularly. Continuous taking of this tablet will have any side effect. Please advice.

Just like any other drug even Gluconorm has side effects which includes back pain, constipation, diarrhea, headache, joint pain and many more. But benefit is more than risk as diabetes medication are very helpful in preventing harmful effects of high blood sugar over a period of time. If you have any serious side effect of the medication then visit your doctor and ask him to get it changed with other medication.
