Does Constipation,acne After Intercourse Indicate Pregnancy?

I had unprotected sex on the 4th day of my last period. On the 14th day I had some menstrual discharge, cramping. I have been constipated and have acne and facial hair. I have never had a problem with acne or facial hair. And i think my skin also has some dark spots. Am I pregnant?
Do you conceive on the day you have sex? So that in my case by the 10th day of sex, implantation occurred and therefore the symptoms?

No not at all , you have misconception . These are symptoms of excessive androgen in your body or you can say harmony imbalance. Ovulation occur mid cycle. So by no chance you are pregnant.
